Here is the menu I made today for the next four days. I'm trying to use up produce we received in our produce box this week.

D: Mushroom Curry
Friday:
B: Breakfast sandwich
L: Thai Smile 2
D: Broccoli Quinoa Bowl
Saturday:
B: Pancakes
L: Baby bell peppers stuffed with cashew cheese
D: Butternut Squash Tamales
